Caraway Seed 70g

Caraway seeds have a warm, earthy aroma with hints of fennel and anise. A fresh minty taste combined with anise and eucalyptus flavours, followed by a lingering nutty taste. Often used in rye bread. Caraway seeds are also used in European cheeses, core fruits and pork, and is delicious with cabbage.

Cardamon Pods Brown 25g

Although related, brown cardamom is not to be confused with green cardamom. They have a cmpletely different appearance and flavour. Brown cardamom pods are dark brown, rough and ribbed on the surface. Revealed when opened is a mass of black, sticky seeds. Brown cardamom has a smokey flavour and can be used in butter chiken, tikka and tandoori recipes.

Cardamon Pods Green 25g

Green cardamom is often referred to as "The Queen of Spices". It is a versatile and useful spice complimenting both sweet and savoury foods. Cardamom is a pungent spice and should be added to dishes sparingly. Each green pod contains three seed segments, each containing three to four seeds. Green cardamom pods are used in curries, biryani rice dises, milk puddings, custards, fruit dishes, cakes, slices and biscuits to name a few!
