Paprika Hungarian 70g

Hungarian paprika is sweet and non-pungent. This is achieved in the grinding process. The seeds, capsaicin and stems are removed from the dried fruit before grinding into a powder.

Hungarian paprika is mainly used for its colour enhancing qualities. It compliments eggs, cheese, dips and seafood to name a few.

Hungarian Goulash would not be complete without its rich colour and flavour from Hungarian paprika. Also gives a rich colour to casseroles and tomato based curries.
