Mushrooms Porcini (Boletus) 20g

Boletus edulis is an edible basidiomycete mushroom. Most commonly known as porcini (from the plural of its Italian name porcino), it has a number of common names, including cep (from its Catalan name cep or its French name cèpe), king bolete and penny bun.

The fruiting body is a large imposing mushroom the cap of which may reach 25 cm (10 in) in diameter and 1 kg (2.2 lb) in weight. Symbiotic, it forms an ectomycorrhizal association with pine and is found in pine forests and plantations in autumn.

Highly prized, Boletus edulis is commercially sold fresh in autumn in central and southern Europe but is also dried and distributed worldwide

NUTRITIONAL YEAST

Nutritional yeast is gluten free, non gmo, vegan, and a great source of protein! Nutritional yeast has a strong flavor that is described as nutty, cheesy, or creamy, which makes it popular as an ingredient in cheese substitutes. It is often used by vegans in place of cheese,[2] for example in mashed and fried potatoes, atop "scrambled" tofu, or as a topping for popcorn.

Nutritional yeast is a deactivated yeast, often a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is sold commercially as a food product. It is sold in the form of flakes or as a yellow powder and can be found in the bulk aisle of most natural food stores. It is popular with vegans and vegetarians and may be used as an ingredient in recipes or as acondiment.[1]

It is a significant source of some B-complex vitamins, and contains trace amounts of several other vitamins and minerals. Sometimes nutritional yeast is fortified with vitamin B12.

It is very yummy!

Old Agony Breakfast Pepper 12g.

Old Agony Breakfast Pepper has been specially formulated from an old recipe with the addition of Tasmania's wild mountain pepper. In colonial days before refrigeration when meat, fish and other foods were preserved by salting or drying, strong spices were used to add flavour to what would otherwise have been bland and tasteless dishes. Old Agony's blend of carefully chosen peppers and spices will complliment almost any savoury dish; use it sparingly at first - it is not styled Curiously Hot for nothing!
